Siryona Terms of Use & End-User License Agreement

These Terms of Use and End-User License Agreement ("Terms" or "EULA") govern your access to and use of the Siryona mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services").

The Services are provided by Avorp LLC ("Avorp", "we", "us", or "our"), a company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States.

By downloading, installing, accessing, creating an account on, or using Siryona, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Services.

1. Acceptance and Relationship with Apple

These Terms constitute an agreement solely between you and Avorp LLC. They are not an agreement between you and Apple Inc. ("Apple"), except to the extent that Apple is expressly identified as a third-party beneficiary as described below.

Avorp, and not Apple, is solely responsible for Siryona, the Services, and the content made available through the Services.

For users who obtain Siryona through the Apple App Store, these Terms do not provide for any usage rules that conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions in effect as of the date you accept these Terms.

You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review the applicable Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of License

2.1 Apple Devices

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Avorp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Siryona on Apple-branded products that you own or control, solely as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This license includes access and use by other accounts associated with the purchaser through Family Sharing or volume purchasing, where permitted by Apple's applicable rules.

You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, sublicense, or otherwise transfer Siryona or the rights granted under this EULA, except as expressly permitted by applicable law or Apple's applicable Usage Rules.

2.2 Other Platforms

For versions of Siryona obtained through Google Play or another authorized platform, Avorp grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Siryona on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in accordance with these Terms and the applicable platform's terms.

You do not acquire ownership of Siryona or any intellectual property contained in it.

3. Description of Services

Siryona provides astrology-related features and content, which may include:

Features may vary by platform, subscription plan, region, or version of the application.

We may modify, update, add, or remove features from the Services from time to time, subject to applicable law.

3.1 AI Readings and Ask

Some interpretations, including personal readings, Bond readings and Ask replies, are generated using artificial intelligence. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent and are not professional advice. Ask is intended for astrology questions. We may decline requests outside that scope and apply request limits or temporary cooldowns to protect the service.

Personal data is shared with our AI provider only after the separate permission described in our Privacy Policy. You may decline or withdraw that permission in Account. Personal AI features then become unavailable, while your birth chart and general content remain accessible. Withdrawal does not cancel subscriptions or automatically refund purchases. Only submit information and material that you are entitled to share, including information about another person.

4. Astrology Disclaimer

Siryona provides astrology calculations, interpretations, and related content for entertainment, personal reflection, and general informational purposes only.

Astrology content is inherently interpretive and should not be considered professional advice.

Siryona does not provide medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, employment, relationship, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on Siryona content as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or as the sole basis for making important personal, medical, legal, financial, or other decisions.

5. Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Siryona.

If you are under 13 years old, you may not use the Services.

If the age of majority or applicable law in your country requires parental or guardian consent for your use of digital services, you must obtain that consent before using Siryona.

By using Siryona, you represent that you satisfy the applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

6. Account Registration

Certain features of Siryona may require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity occurring through your account.

You must notify us promptly if you believe that your account has been accessed or used without authorization.

You must not create an account using false or misleading information or impersonate another person.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Siryona may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including Premium or similar subscription plans.

7.1 Pricing

The applicable subscription price, billing period, trial period, and other material terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store are billed through Apple's in-app purchase system.

Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed through Google Play's billing system.

7.2 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the applicable cancellation deadline, an auto-renewable subscription will automatically renew for the same subscription period.

For subscriptions purchased through Apple, the renewal charge is generally made within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, renewal occurs according to the applicable Google Play subscription terms and billing schedule.

7.3 Cancellation

You may cancel an active subscription at any time through the platform on which you purchased it.

For Apple purchases, subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple account and App Store subscription settings.

For Google Play purchases, subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Google Play account and subscription settings.

Cancellation prevents future renewal but generally does not terminate the already-paid subscription period unless otherwise required by applicable law or the applicable platform's policies.

7.4 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, the applicable trial duration and terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the applicable subscription price.

7.5 Refunds

Purchases made through Apple are subject to Apple's applicable payment and refund policies.

Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google's applicable payment and refund policies.

Where applicable law or the relevant platform's policies provide a right to a refund, those rights are not limited by these Terms.

7.6 Price Changes

We may change subscription prices from time to time.

Where required by applicable law or the applicable platform's rules, existing subscribers will receive appropriate notice of a price change before it takes effect.

7.7 Question Packs

Ask question credits are available as separate consumable purchases in packs of 1, 5 or 15 at the price shown before purchase. These packs do not renew automatically. Credits are linked to your Siryona account and have no cash value or transfer rights.

One credit is reserved when a question is accepted for processing. If generation fails or the service returns its standard response declining a question outside astrology, that credit is returned to your balance. Disagreement with a completed interpretation does not by itself return a credit. Request limits can apply even when a credit is returned. Store purchase refunds are separate and remain subject to applicable law and the relevant store's refund process. Refunded purchases may have the corresponding credits removed.

Purchase confirmation and credit delivery may be delayed while the store transaction is verified. Contact support if a confirmed purchase is not reflected in your account. AI sharing permission is needed to use Ask credits. Declining or withdrawing permission does not consume unused credits.

8. Maintenance and Support

Avorp is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for Siryona, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

If you have questions, complaints, technical issues, or other concerns relating to Siryona, you may contact Avorp using the contact information provided in Section 23 of these Terms.

Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to Siryona.

9. Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Siryona is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Avorp is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by applicable law, that are not effectively disclaimed under applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your jurisdiction.

For users who obtain Siryona through the Apple App Store:

If Siryona fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price for Siryona to you in accordance with Apple's applicable obligations and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to Siryona.

Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses attributable to a failure of Siryona to conform to an applicable warranty are the sole responsibility of Avorp, to the extent required by applicable law.

10. Product and Legal Claims

Avorp, and not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims made by you or any third party relating to Siryona or your possession or use of Siryona, including:

Nothing in these Terms limits Avorp's liability to you beyond what is permitted by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property Rights

Siryona, including its software, design, interface, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, content, calculations, and other materials, is owned by Avorp or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited license expressly granted under these Terms, no ownership or other intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

You may not, except as permitted by applicable law:

Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use Avorp's trademarks, logos, or branding except as necessary to use the Services normally.

12. Third-Party Intellectual Property Claims

In the event of a third-party claim that Siryona or your possession and use of Siryona infringes that third party's intellectual property rights, Avorp, and not Apple, will be solely responsible, to the extent required by applicable law, for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such intellectual property infringement claim.

Apple has no responsibility for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of such claims.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

13. Legal Compliance and Export Restrictions

You represent and warrant that:

  1. You are not located in a country or territory subject to a United States Government embargo or that has been designated by the United States Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and
  2. You are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

You agree to comply with applicable United States and other applicable export control and sanctions laws when using Siryona.

You may not use Siryona in violation of applicable laws or regulations.

14. User Conduct

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access to an account where reasonably necessary because of a material violation of these Terms, fraud, abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements.

15. Third-Party Terms

Your use of Siryona may also be subject to applicable third-party terms.

If you obtain or use Siryona through the Apple App Store, Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and other applicable Apple terms may apply.

If you obtain or use Siryona through Google Play, applicable Google Play terms and Google account terms may apply.

You are responsible for complying with applicable third-party terms when using Siryona.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory terms imposed by the applicable platform, the platform's mandatory terms will govern to the extent of the conflict.

16. Apple as a Third-Party Beneficiary

For users who obtain Siryona through the Apple App Store, you and Avorp acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA.

Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right, and will be deemed to have accepted the right, to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.

Except for this third-party beneficiary right and any rights otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment, or other relationship between you and Apple.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

17.1 Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVORP MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SERVICES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

ASTROLOGY CONTENT IS INTERPRETIVE IN NATURE. AVORP DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, TIMELINESS, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ASTROLOGY CONTENT.

17.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVORP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVORP'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  1. THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AVORP FOR THE SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR
  2. THE MINIMUM AMOUNT REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding or limiting.

18. Account Termination and Deletion

You may stop using Siryona at any time.

Where the Services provide an in-app account deletion function, you may use that function to delete your account.

You may also contact us using the information below regarding account deletion.

When an account is deleted, we will delete or otherwise process associated personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Certain information may be retained where retention is required or permitted by law, including where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services where permitted by applicable law, including in response to material violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, security risks, or legal requirements.

Termination does not affect rights or obligations that by their nature should survive termination.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.

Your continued use of Siryona after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

20. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

This provision does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protection rights or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws applicable in your country or jurisdiction of residence.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

22. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between you and Avorp concerning your use of Siryona, except where applicable platform terms or mandatory applicable law provide otherwise.
